Service Description

Bespoke and specialist training for doctors, paramedics and flight nurses who wish to work within a helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) providing advanced medical care in the pre-hospital arena. The HEMS clinical training provides the clinician with the skills and knowledge to practice within a medical team that provides the highest level of clinical care to the seriously ill and injured patients in the pre-hospital environment. The Instructors are all HEMS doctors and paramedics with a vast knowledge and level of expertise in pre-hospital care. The course will consists of lectures and realistic moulages concluding with written and practical assessments.
