Coaching and mentoring for senior managers and leaders is defined as the process of enabling individuals to acquire the knowledge, skills and techniques needed to perform effectively in their occupational role by motivating, inspiring, challenging, stimulating and guiding them. At ARTS we recognise the needs of individuals being coached, develop coaching programmes appropriate to meet those needs, and help individuals to achieve to their full potential. These principles are embedded deeply into ARTS and its workforce.

I pride myself on maintaining my professional clinical excellence and although my present role is office based, as a registered paramedic with the HCPC, I pride myself on maintaining my CPD and keeping my clinical practice to the highest standards. I have a genuine love for aviation which led me to work as the Clinical & Operational Head of Air Ambulance and HEMS paramedic. In my spare time I am a pilot and fly whenever I can find the time.

I have spent a number of years working in Emergency Care as a Practitioner and Educator. My main passions are that High Quality Care should be a right to any person who is injured or ill. To this end, I always try to ensure that the treatment I provide and the the teaching I give are of the highest quality.
I have vast experience of paramedicine and developed medical training programs for the Royal Air Force (RAF) and Royal Navy (RN) Search and Rescue Force (SARF).

Gareth is a paramedic through and through who has excelled in clinical practice and education. His personal speciality is the hazardous and remote trauma environment. However, he delivers clinical education on a daily bases within the health environment and is always striving to be the best of the best.
He has a clinical history as a paramedic, HEMS paramedic, paramedic, ambulance service and PHTLS instructor and ultimately as an operational commander.
